My name is Rip.
For the past 2 years I've been involved in the creation of two internet start-up businesses where the internet marketing and advertising budget was almost non-existent. As a result of these experiences, it was necessary to find ways of getting the most out of our Google Adwords campaigns and implement a long-term SEO plan. At the beginning, we were losing massive amounts of money to Google with little return. It was frustrating and absolutely depressing at the same time.
Over the course of about a year, I learned how to squeeze every last ounce of Google advertising to the business' advantage. Take a look at my case study:
When I started using Google Adwords with the default settings that Google recommends (of course the do, that's how they make so much money!) I had an 85% bounce rate and it took an average of 127 clicks to get one sale. In case you don't know what a bounce rate is, let me enlighten you. A bounce rate occurs when someone or something clicks on your ad, but doesn't stay on your site for more than a second---maybe they don't even actually go to the site at all, but the click still counts for google who is pocketing all my hard-earned cash! EVIL! The "something" that clicks on the ads are what is called a click bot, or even a live person getting paid to "click on ads" all day long.
Needless to say, I didn't like this one bit and so I developed a way around all this Google Adwords problem.
Utililizing my proven system I have now reduced my advertising budget while increasing the conversion rate (clicks vs. sales). It now only takes me 30 clicks to get a sale.
I have an ~69% reduction in cost for the same result!
And an up to 70% reduction in bounce rate!
How would you like to decrease your Adwords spending while increasing your conversion rate?
